Refund policy
Rushta has 7 days return policy : in the case of receiving damaged or wrong orders, customers can request a replacement on their order within 7 days. Rushta will only offer a replacement and does not accept any refund requests on their orders.
Once a replacement is requested, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the request.
In the case of requesting a replacement:
- Customer have up to 7 days to ask for a replacement
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested
- Order ID must be verified
- The serial number of the product must be verified first
- Rushta will pay for any shipping involved (with exceptions)
In case you wish to cancel an order before being shipped, a refund of 100% of the amount will be processed within 14 days.
